In spite of the lack or small amount of consideration of health education, housing, nursing and occupational health, and inter-relationships in medical care, this volume has so many valuable features that it can be recommended for reference purposes for many college and university groups and for practical health agency executives. It is hoped that the next edition will give more attention to type and paper so that it will meet the informally developed standards of the National Society for the Prevention of Blindness.
